Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana

Citizens Working to Protect and Restore a Sustainable Coastal Louisiana

2012 Stewardship Awards Banquet

CRCL’s 2012 Stewardship Awards Banquet will be held on April 13, 2012 at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center.

Created in 1995, our Coastal Stewardship Awards Program recognizes individuals and groups who have made significant contributions to the preservation and restoration of Louisiana’s coastal wetlands.  It is the highest award CRCL can give to honor those who show an extraordinary commitment to our coast.

CRCL is currently accepting nominations for individuals and groups who deserve recognition at the 2012 Stewardship Awards Banquet. Awards given include: Lifetime Achievement for the highest level of commitment to the preservation and restoration of coastal wetlands over a lengthy career; Distinguished Achievement for an outstanding commitment to the stewardship of Louisiana’s coast over the past year; and Coastal Stewardship for a valuable commitment to the preservation and restoration of coastal Louisiana over the previous year.
