BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Allison Lewis Stouse was born and raised in New Orleans. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Italian and art history from Middlebury College and a master’s degree in architecture from Tulane University. Allison also attended the Sea Education Association in Woods Hole, Mass., where she studied oceanography and nautical science aboard a research vessel in the Atlantic. Allison has dedicated the last decade to working with the Louisiana Children’s Museum, first as a board member, then as project director, to realize its sustainable campus in City Park. The museum in City Park opened in August 2019, and soon after Allison was awarded the first Julia Webb Bland Award for meaningful contributions to the enrichment to children.
