Heather Layrisson

Heather is a project manager at Jacobs, where she manages large-scale coastal restoration projects and water/wastewater infrastructure projects around the state. She is also the manager of projects for Jacobs’ Louisiana infrastructure portfolio. She earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from LSU and a master’s degree in environmental engineering from Johns Hopkins University. Heather also serves on the board for the Louisiana Engineering Society – Baton Rouge Branch.
