We need your help

Volunteer with CRCL

People like you play an important role in our mission to rebuild coastal Louisiana. You can plant trees or marsh grasses, combined with an airboat trip through the swamp. Join us on an oyster boat as we deploy a reef. Or help us prepare oyster shell by shoveling it into marine-grade bags so it can be dropped into the water.

Join more than 15,700 CRCL volunteers!

Our work benefits all of Louisiana, but it is fueled by individual donations. For 35 years, CRCL has worked to unite people in action to achieve a thriving, sustainable Louisiana coast for all. By making a tax-deductible donation to CRCL, you help to continue this work. Thank you for your support!

Leadership opportunities

We are seeking candidates for our Board of Directors and Coastal Advisory Council for terms starting in January. Among our organizational pillars are building collaboration, driving change and empowering others. Please fill out this interest form and we will be in touch if your qualifications match our needs.

become a corporate steward

Our volunteer events are great team-building exercises for companies, or your business or organization can support our coast by sponsoring an event. Show your customers that Louisiana’s future matters to you by becoming a corporate coastal steward.

BEcome A Restaurant Partner

Restaurants have kept more than 10 million pounds of oyster shell out of landfills by joining our Oyster Shell Recycling Program. That way, the shell is used instead to slow erosion and create habitat for new oysters. Shuckers love the program, and so do customers. Joining CRCL’s OSRP comes with promotional materials and marketing support.
