Grand Isle Sea Farms

Grand Isle Sea Farm was established in 2012. Founded by Marcos Guerrero and his son Boris, the farm applies floating cage aquaculture techniques to produce boutique oysters with consistent shape and clean shells. Cage farming improves water circulation, reduces biofouling compared to traditional bottom harvest, and allows for careful size grading to meet market standards.

Today, the farm is family operated, with Boris and Elina overseeing daily production activities including seeding, monitoring growth, sorting by size, harvesting, and post harvest handling.
